  • Dec 19, 2008  there isn't a direct way to export a midi file from garageband. SO you CAN upgrade to logic (which will import your garagband score) and edit the notation there- or use logic as a way to import the garageband song to then export as a midi file. It's a little messy, but those are the two ways you can do it.
