I got this bag for christmas and right out of the box the main zipper on the left side does NOT seal. The 'teeth' do not join together on the left side.
The place that it was bought through does not carry it anymore and their distributor 'American Music & Sound' does not either carry UDG anymore or at least does not distribute to them anymore so they will only give me store credit!!!
I contact UDG and they said they can only repair it at some third party luggage repair facility!!! I don't want some dumb luggage repair facility trying to fix this. Who knows how it will look, the durability etc etc..
All I want is UDG is to repair it at their facility with their parts or replace it. Trying to email back and forth to the Neitherlands is taking forever.
Serato, your name is on this and one of the main reasons I bought it and this is looking back on your part as well. Can you please help me or anyone know anyone that can help.
